SOMA (Stream) Meeting Carl Semken

This is Simon’s encounter with Carl. He is apparently injured, needs medical (mechanical?) attention, and requires the power to be on for some reason. Even though many of the “characters“ in this video game are robots/machines, some of them have some very interesting personalities.
