It’s spec’d pretty well, with a 1.5 GHz Huawei quad-core processor, HD display, 8-megapixel camera, and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with some minor UI changes. These devices would be great additions in the States - perhaps as a $99-$199 choice for those that don’t want to pay $ for the high-end flagship device.
