The Witcher 3 Head of Conclave of Mages

I was exploring around the map as Ciri when I found him. It’s nice to finally get a perspective on the mages working for Radovid. We hear in the game that he still has mages working for him, and considering the witch hunts going on you wonder how the whole thing is supposed to work. It’s a shame that this part of the story is not more fleshed out, and even this conversation is very easy to miss. I played the game a couple of times now, and still only found him just now.
