Inauguration of Sri Chinmoy Statue (Russian Language) | Ethnomir Park (Этномир)

On August 27th, 2022, a new statue of Sri Chinmoy was inaugurated at Ethnomir (Этномир), an ethnographic park and museum complex 80 km from Moscow. This is a Russian-English video summarizing the event. Participants included members of the Peace Run as well as officials from Bangladesh. The statue inauguration date coincides with the 91st birth anniversary of Sri Chinmoy. About: Ethnomir features musuems, hotels, a children’s school, restaurants, and various other attractions. They organize annual events and ethnic festivals during Christmas and other times of the year, representing inclusivity and cultural diversity. A Mother Teresa statue sits just a few metres behind the one of Sri Chinmoy. Also near the statue, a real Buddhist pagoda from Myanmar van be seen. It was inaugurated a month earlier, with the Prime Minister of Myanmar in attendance.
