Lukashenkо on Armenia’s refusal to take part in the CSTO summit: We, let’s not hide it, discussed the situation in the Caucasus, some dissatisfactions of one of the CSTO council members. We came to the conclusion that there have always been and will be problematic issues. If we intend to solve them, they should be solved at the negotiating table, not by making demarches without certain reasons.
