Halloween Potion!

To celebrate the holiday this year, I thought it may be fun to work with blueberry to stay within the purple color tone of Halloween. It turned out to be a very tasty little dessert composed of a Kir Royale soaked sponge, a fresh blueberry compote, a soft blueberry cremeux, a Kir Royale jelly and a lollipop cork! Don’t worry, I’m still Alive. Happy Halloween everyone!
