Practical Kata Bunkai: Basic Ground Striking Drill

This is a basic ground striking drill we do that is taken from our grading syllabus. It has two key purposes. Firstly, it helps develop power in palm-heels and hammer fists from the top position. Secondly, it helps develop aggression and the right combative mindset (when done properly).
