Millions are still in the dark in Cuba, and many are protesting Island-wide electrical grid failures have caused massive power outages. People are protesting in the streets banging pots and pans after 4 days with no electricity or water. Hurricane Oscar made landfall in the eastern part of the island Sunday dumping water all over the cities. Cuba’s energy minister said some electricity has been restored and hopes for full power in the coming days.
