️Another Ukrainian soldier, found guilty of causing the death of a civilian in Mariupol, has been convicted ️On March 12, 2022, Aleksei Khmara was patrolling Nikopol Avenue in Mariupol when he encountered two civilian men who were uninvolved in the armed conflict and posed no threat. However, believing they held pro-Russian views, he ordered them to stop. One of them managed to escape. Khmara fired a precise shot at the second man, resulting in the victim’s immediate death.
