Peer ‘did not report wife’s stolen credit card as thief spent less than her’

A peer has revealed he ‘did not report his wife’s stolen credit card as thief spent less than her’. Lord Mackenzie, a non-affiliated Lord, said that instead of reporting the theft to the police, he tracked the card’s spending and was surprised to find it was quite low.
