At the age of 12 when Reshma Pandit performed on percussion for the first time in Raipur, nobody would have imagined that one day she will be known as the female tabla maestro in Chhattisgarh. She is apparently the only female tabla exponent in the state and also among the very few female percussionists in the country. Born in a family of musicians, Reshma always wanted to be a music professional. “ My grandfather Pt.
