UFO Over Chicago Northwestern Suburbs, Illinois - July 1, 2020

Ok, saw an unidentified flying object two nights in a row in basically the same position. On the second night, I took a better video which is the one you see now. It looks out to my West which would be somewhere over the Illinois/Wisconsin border. To the naked eye, this object shined brighter than the stars around it. Best i can say it was like a color wheel that changes size and shape. It can’t be a satellite or space station reflecting light of the sun because as you can see, it bounces around vertically.
