It’s Voivod time, it’s a another “back to the roots“ episode in the Metal genre, due to the comeback to “Snake“ in the band, and the return of the Voivod’s sound (the Negatron and Phobos albums sound were more experimental with E-Force in vocals). This work is well-known because Jason Newsted joined Voivod and worked in this album after he left his project “Echobrain“ and his short stay with Ozzy Osbourne. This one is controversial too, due to the accesible sound and was branded as “mainstream“, but it’s a nice album, not as strong as their classics, but it has a lot of power and energy, enjoy this piece of work lads.
