Not Enough Space - Distorted

“Distorted“ illustrates how draining the mental health recovery process can be. Our line, “recovery feels like I’m falling through a trapdoor“ can speak volumes to people who are trying to get better, but sometimes feel as if they are only falling backwards. Our hope for this song is to normalize that recovery is not a linear process & this journey looks different for everyone.
