Turkey: Istanbul hit by ’suicide bomb’

Reports from Turkey say there has been an explosion in the centre of Istanbul. It is said to have been a suicide bombing on a main shopping street in a tourist area. Istanbul’s governor says four people are known to have died and 20 wounded, including three in a critical condition. It’s not known if those figures include the suicide bomber.
