Uncovering the Hidden Gems of 7th Grade Lake District Bouldering

In this weeks video, I hunt for the very best 7th grade boulder problems on the west side of the Lake District! The west side of the Lake District has an amazing diversity of high quality climbing areas in some truly stunning locations. This was the first time I had ever visited St Bees Head and I was not disappointed with some of the very best climbing holds I have ever pulled! The bouldering required precision footwork and perfect climbing technique at all times on the rock. Eskdale Fisherground is picturesque venue with prickly granite that creates some awesome climbing movement on the very good ’Strong Arete’. Finally, Wallowbarrow Gorge has the mighty River Monster which is like a little bit of Brione bouldering in the Lake District! Each problem here fully deserves their place in the top fifty seven’s but let me know which bouldering problems I have missed over on the west side of the Lake District!
