Nature sounds – Wolf pack howling

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔽 License this footage here: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The 4th of October is the World Animal Day, and I would like to take this opportunity to show you the only scene I managed to film during my trip to Šumava (The Bohemian Forest) in September. The footage does not present wild animals, but I’m happy with it nonetheless. When I am not doing well in the Šumava wilderness and I want to improve my mood, I go to see wolves in the visitor centre in Srní. This year I spent so much time lurking for deer that I didn’t get to visit the wolves until the last evening before I left, but luckily I was in the right place at the right time. After several years, I finally managed to capture the pack while howling. It was a small patch on all the failures of the past week, and I am glad that I finally made it out in the heavy downpour.
