World Table Tennis Day is celebrated each year as a huge movement of table tennis events showing the sport as a popular, universal and inclusive one. The focus is on integration of disadvantaged groups in order to create a real sport for ALL event, which is not only created for the masses. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and the corresponding impossibility to do group activities, the 2020 concept changed into the “World Table Tennis ‘at Home’ Day and the “craziest longest table tennis rally ever” was born.
