Life after a siege: Russia pledges reconstruction of Mariupol

Months after large parts of Mariupol were destroyed in one of the bloodiest battles of the war in Ukraine, Moscow has promised to rebuild the city. It is in a region that was annexed by Russia in September. The Kremlin says it will rehabilitate 1 million square metres of Mariupol.
