Production Process of the IRKUT MC-21 Aircraft │ The ISSK Documentary Series #production #irkut #mc21 #aircraft #manufacturingexcellence #theisskofficial #MC-21-300 The IRKUT MC-21 Aircraft is developed by IRKUT Corporation of the Russian Federation, which is a group of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). This Aircraft is developed to create competition among the Medium sized Passenger Aircrafts such as the Airbus A320, Boeing 737, and similar products. The Aircraft is designed to have different variants such as, MC-21-300; MC-21-310 likewise. Initially this Aircraft was designed to use various parts designed by western counties, and in the present context, the Aircraft is produced with fully locally produced components. The IRKUT MC-21 body plant, uses state of the art manufacturing technologies including advanced automatic control systems in producing the fuselage and the wing components. The guided and precision manufacturing methods used here, gives the Aircraft a very high reliability factor and to achieve Economies of scale in Mass production. After the assembly process, the plane is moved to the painting plant for the painting works.
