Why is Macron Angry With Putin?

@ifysglobalchannel We discuss the frosty relationship between Emmanuel Macron, the President of France on the one hand, and Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, on the other hand. The relationship has deteriorated so badly that Macron is calling for Western troops to be deployed in Ukraine to counter what he referred to as ’Russian aggression’ in Ukraine.
