Jaco Pastorius Quartet - Complete first set at the Lone Star 12/21/1985

Here’s the complete first set of of Jaco and his quintet’s gig at the Lone Star Cafe on December the 21st in 1985. I have posted excerpts from this show before but here’s the complete first set. It’s a very good performance from Jaco and his band and it was Jaco’s playing/behaviour during this period that gave many of his friends hope that he’d turn his life around and make a comeback on the level he was at in his prime. As we all know that was not to be but at least these few months resulted in some often exhilarating playing from Jaco which in turn inspired the various groupings of musicians he played with during that time.
