Here’s one of my oil paintings belonging to the series globally titled “Destruction“ It Is an oil painting on canvas I made in 2021 visit my official website In this large size painting entitled “Fungus“ the nuclear deflagration stands out in the material thickness of the painting on a background appearing almost abstract.⁣ The gigantic atomic mushroom, in the rigid centrality of the composition, assumes the value of a perverted totem symbolizing a world that seems to be dominated by chaos and irrationality.⁣ In the series of artworks globally titled “Destruction” I metaphorically depict that sort of human passion for destruction (self-destruction sometimes) in terms of a real form of fetishism.
