How to make an origami cactus ๐ŸŒต๐ŸŒธ from a venus kusudama ball ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒป ORIGAMI FLOWER

๐ŸŒต๐ŸŒธ In this video I show you how to make a venus kusudama cactus plant. I saw this design first in a book about paperarts and the original design belongs to origamist John Blackman. However the base unit is the traditional venus. This is my version, slightly modified, but definitely based upon the photo I saw in that book years ago. 00:00 Intro and title 00:20 Materials needed 00:34 The venus unit 04:10 Combine two unit 04:39 Cactus flower 07:06 All the units together 07:40 Sewing the bottom units 10:02 Sewing the top units 12:10 Tie the two halves together 13:19 Making thorns 13:49 Cactus flower variations 14:30 Ending ๐ŸŒต๐ŸŒธ Feel free to send me a picture if you make it, or post it anywhere and use: #origamiaround ๐ŸŒต๐ŸŒธ Send me a picture if you make any design from my tutorials, or post it anywhere and use: #origamiaround Cheers!
