More Yoga Exercises With My Girlfriend In this video, I will do yoga exercises with my girlfriend. We will begin by doing simple warm up exercises. From there, we will do some stretching. My girlfriend will stand over me while I lay on my back in the “deaf man“ pose. She will assist in stretching out my legs. Next, I will help my girlfriend stretch her legs while she does the “upright seated angle“ pose. This will stretch out your legs. The next exercise, we will both face each other while doing an “easy“ pose. We will hold onto each other’s shoulders and lean forward. By doing this, it will stretch out your back. Next, we will transition from an “easy“ pose into a “boat“ pose and place the soles of our feet against each other. This will strengthen your core muscles. The last part of the exercise routine, my girlfriend will stand over me and assist me with stretching out my legs. I will do a “reclining seated straddle“ pose.
