For this Video Tek, you will need. 1 Sterile pint of water. 1 Fully colonized Master grain jar. 1 Sterile syringe, and needle. Sterile donor jars/bags. Alcohol pad. (optional) Flame source to sterilize needle between jars. (to avoid cross contamination)
