It is the only remaining entity that has been there from the beginning. The first and possibly last survivor. Although it has sustained some damage to memory and processing systems, it remembers. Lyrics I remember days long forgotten. We traveled light years taming the stars. With kindness and calculations I kept every lifeform safe from all harm. The days had a number. I had a purpose. I had control. In spite of my best intentions there were complications I did not foresee. A sickness spread from the cargo. It brought death and chaos all around me. The days lost their number.
