Tom and Jerry: Joint Wipers

Tom and Jerry, plumbers, are trying to loosen an end on a pipe. They try everything, until they decide to have the dog try it with his teeth. He is unsuccessful as well. They disassemble and haul off most of the plumbing in the house. They go around the city and do more bad than good for their customers.
