Perhaps that explains the diverse musical repertoire of spill tab, her indie project that’s been active in various iterations since 2018. Raised by French and Korean parents, Chicha lived in Bangkok, Thailand for a year as a young teen, where she discovered EDM via the city’s vibrant party scene. Then she moved to Paris, where getting a grip on the language allowed her to form a sort of French-singing alter ego. “Santé“ and “calvaire” are a pair of pithy electro hor d’oeuvres sung in French.
