STORYLINE:
Fukushima’s Daiichi nuclear power plant was expected to start discharging treated and diluted radioactive wastewater into the Pacific Ocean on Thursday, a controversial step that took more than 12 years since the meltdowns of the reactors that started the battle with the ever growing radioactive water and its risk of leaks.
