Cruise ship breaks moorings as extreme winds hit Mallorca
A cruise ship collided with a freight vessel after being ripped from its moorings during a severe storm in Mallorca, Spain.
A small number of people are being cared for onboard the vessel, the Britannia, after sustaining minor injuries, P&O Cruises said.
The company said the ship, which is based in Southampton, will stay in Palma so that a technical assessment could be carried out.
