Graphical Equalizer

This is a 13 row graphical visualizer. Row 1 has 14 LEDs and is displayed in a center outward manner. Row 1 is an entire frequency by itself. The angle of the LEDs is merely to fit on the breadboard. Rows 2-13 form the other 6 frequency columns.
