Parlami d amore Mariù by Vittorio De Sica. Film: Gli uomini che Mascalzoni

This famous 1932 Italian love song Parlami d-amore Mariù (Tell Me About Love Mariù) was written by the popular 1930s to 1950s composer Cesare Andrea Bixio (1896–1978) and dedicated to his wife Mariù. It was sung by Vittoria De Sica as heard here in this 1932 Italian film Gli Uomini, Che Mascalzoni! (What Scoundrels Men Are!) directed by Glauco Pellegrini. Many have sung the song in Italian, French and English. The song I’ve known for a year or so, the film is new to me, it’s fun to audio and video edit the two together here.
