Jeroen Tel - Robocop 3 live at Assembly 2012, 10’th anniversary re-upload (4K 60 fps AI upscaled)

A somewhat enhanced version (upscaled from a better source) of the legendary track Jeroen Tel played on his DJ set at Assembly Summer computer festival in 2012, Helsinki, Finland. Filmed by Valet2, Tone, Ized, Keen. Thumbnail photo, sound recording, editing and overall mastering by Valet2. More info: Okay, there is a annual computer festival in Finland called Assembly (they started as a demoscene compo in 1992). On the second day of the 2012’th festival Jeroen Tel performed his DJ set with the music he wrote decades ago (for games as well) using mainly Commodore 64’s SID chip. I used to visit every Summer event and film something. So this year I was there with fellow demosceners from Russia and Ukraine, and wanted to interview Jeroen, and we had to film some live footage for that. I gave everyone a camcoder, put a stereo-mic in front, and we kinda shot the whole concert, then I edited parts of it and used in an interview video. Robocop 3 was the last song he played, and I really wished to hear it (brings memories from childhood), so I edited and uploaded the whole song on youtube, and somehow it became the most viewed video on my channel. On 10’th anniversary (which is 3’rd of August, 10:00 PM GMT 3) I decided to re-upload that video but in a bit better quality. The source files were lost long ago, but I saved a render with a bit better quality than the one I’ve uploaded 10 years ago. I used the most current version of Topaz Video Enhance AI to convert the original 30fps footage to 60fps, and upscale 1080p to 4K. I’ve tried numerous methods, made test uploads to check how it looks after being compressed by youtube, and this would be the best result I can achieve. Watch in 4K, otherwise there would be no difference (1080p is really low quality). Of course if I had the project files this would have been much, much better. Anyway, enjoy!
