Robin Hugh Gibb CBE (22nd December 1949 – 20th May 2012) was a British singer and songwriter who gained worldwide fame as a member of the Bee Gees pop group with elder brother Barry and fraternal twin brother Maurice. Robin Gibb also had his own successful solo career. Their youngest brother Andy was also a singer.
