1984 Rugby Union match: South Africa Springboks vs South American Jaguars (1st Test)
The Springboks were still playing rugger despite a lot of setbacks including the controversial 1981 tour of New Zealand. They decided to stay at home and play international matches there. The South American Jaguars were a team consisted of mostly Argentine players with some Brazilian, Chilean, Paraguayan, and Uruguayan players. I don’t know why the team was formed.
