Instant Ramen #shorts

1 packet of Shin Ramyun 1 large clove of garlic (or 2 small) 2 tbsp oil Handful of shimeji mushrooms (can use alternatives, such as shittake or even cremini if you can’t find these in local supermarkets) 1 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of msg 1 tsp of sugar Enough water to cover the noodles Medium rare steak Egg yolk Sesame seeds Spring onion 1. Add the garlic and oil into a pan and cook over a medium heat for a few minutes. Add the Shin Ramyun seasoning, mushrooms, soy sauce, msg and sugar. Cook for a few more minutes until the mushrooms have softened. 2. Add your noodles and add with enough water to just cover them. 3. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the noodles are cooked throughout and the soup has thickened. 4. Top with some medium rare slices of steak (cooked on 2-3 mins each side), an egg yolk, sesame seeeds, a drizzle of sesame oil (optional) and some finely sliced spring onion. 5. Mix together, serve with a cold beer and enjoy!
