Japanese Air Self Defence Force are back in Australia for Pitch Black 24! - YouTube

The Japanese contingent for Exercise Pitch Black is now on the ground in Darwin. Arriving in Australia on the 8th of July 2024, the JASDF are participating in the exercise with Mitsubishi F-2’s from the 8th Tactical Fighter Squadron from Tsuiki Air Base. JASDF are also supporting the exercise with an E-767 AWACS from the 601st Squadron based at Hamamatsu, and a KC-767 aerial refuelling aircraft that will deploy to RAAF Base Amberley. #jasdf #Japan #pitchblack #darwin
