The Pot of Ice-cream!

This frozen dessert is my first ice cream creation captured on video. I like the concept of having ice cream in a pot! It’s composed of a layer of crunchy pineapple meringue, a coconut sorbet, a pineapple sorbet, a coconut/vanilla frozen parfait, slow cooked caramelized pineapple, and a caramel syrup on top! All of the other elements are crafted out of dark chocolate! Who wants to try it?
