The Quakes - A major forces of the 1980s Psychobilly scene, filmed at the ’Night Of The Long Knives’ event in Birmingham in 1988 - one of the earliest all-day Psychobilly fests. The band established themselves at London’s Klub Foot (ref: ’Stompin’ At The Klub Foot’), despite The Quakes having to make their way from the U.S. of A. The band had its own take on Psychobilly, expanding the diversity of the genre and contributing to the scene with some memorable recorded output and countless crazed live perf
