Pastırma is aged meat that is salted before being dried and pressed. Gives a deep taste as a filling and with a deep-fried yufka sheet becomes a pachanga borek you can’t resist

Ingredients For Pachanga Borek “Paçanga Böreği”
For the filling:
3-4 tbsp olive oil
About 100gr Turkish pastirma (aged dried meat, you can use similar products where you live or salami, sujuck)
Half sweet red pepper
3-4 green peppers
Red pepper flakes, paprika
One bowl shredded kashar cheese (mozzarella or similar types that melts when hot can be used)
3 yufka sheets (use thick phyllo sheets if you can’t find yufka)
Vegetable oil to deep fry
