How to make a DIY Dual Zone Cymbal with Choke for a Roland drum module. See pics at- projects/Dual Zone Cymbal w Choke/ This build uses a single Piezo and an edge switch. The switch is built from a section of another cymbal and mounted to the underside edge of the converted cymbal. The Cymbal makes one side of the switch and the arc strip of metal makes the other side of the switch. A piezo is wired to Tip Sleeve of the TRS jack.
