By the way, the product name EDGGY alludes to two claims of the team: Cutting EDGE research & the use of EGGs.
This idea also convinced the jury of scientists & industry representatives at the EIT Food #Reuse2Repack challenge and was awarded the prize for the most innovative idea & 1,200 EUR in prize money.
