An Orca named Luna-L98

Luna (L98) was an Orca from the Southern Resident Killer Whales. He became separated from his family when he was 2 years old in 2001 and found himself alone within Nootka Sound, where he would spend the rest of his life which consisted of only 5 more years. There were attempts at reuniting him with his pod but word spread that if his pod didn’t accept him he would be relocated to SeaWorld. The community was not fond of these potential actions and a few people let him out of his holding facility. I believe
