The people are some of the kindest and most welcoming in the world with a wonderful sense of humour. Ireland has a fantastic spirit of hospitality and also amazing Guinness! However, over my last couple of trips I’ve noticed that the vibe on the streets is edgy and dangerous. There are homeless tent encampments appearing everywhere and the locals are very unhappy with the huge numbers of undocumented migrants arriving. Crime is rising - this is not the city I remember visiting years ago. What is going on in Dublin?
