German Chancellor Olaf Scholz promised a full investigation into a recording of a phone call between senior German Air Force officers. Scholz, however, did not comment on the contents of the recording and did not elaborate on whether Berlin was aware of the plans. In the leaked audio, the German officials appeared to discuss supplying missiles to Ukraine to attack the Kerch bridge.
