Despite a huge deployment of human and material resources, rescue workers have yet to pull any survivors from the debris after a 12-storey apartment building collapsed in Florida. Colonel Golan Vach, who heads a 15-person search-and-rescue team from Israel that has joined others in Florida, said he feels the emotional weight. ‘Sometimes we cry. It’s natural’, he said.
