Joel Paterson – “Cool It”

More pedal steel wood shedding. Here’s a version of “Cool It,” originally played by pedal steel legend Buddy Charleton in the 1960s with Ernest Tubb’s Texas Troubadours. This one has so many tricky little licks – I couldn’t get it recorded quite like I wanted, but I have to accept this is about the best I could muster with earbuds in and that darn phone staring at me.
