[Recipe] Fluffy Cat Decoration Swiss Roll Cake made with rice flour and filled plenty of chocolate yoghurt cream. Healthy option as it uses no oil, butter or cream. Ingredients: - 3 eggs (separated into egg white and yolk) - 40g sugar in total (30g added to egg yolks, 10g added to egg white) - 40mL milk (low fat milk) - 60g rice flour - Cocoa powder (1/2 teaspoon) - Drained Greek yoghurt dark chocolate - 1 Pear Recipe: *25cm x 30cm Cake pan used 1. Make chocolate yoghurt cream - Melt dark chocolate on double boiler and combine with drained Greek yogurt. Once combined set aside and refrigerate. 2. Separate egg white and yolk. 3. Mix egg yolks, sugar, milk and rice flour well. 4. Take 1 tablespoon of batter out in a separate plate and combine with cocoa powder. 5. Place the drawing underneath the baking paper on cake pan. 6.
