The Homebrew Launcher is an app that allows you to launch apps from the SD Card and over the network. It resembles the Homebrew Channel like on Wii. Stuff slowly is now getting ported over from the Wii to the Wii U. Download the homebrew launcher package here: Note: Adding apps to be launched is the same as adding the launcher itself.
